The Team
My name is Simon and I cut my teeth on cleaning as my parents started in the cleaning business when I was a teenager. Being involved in cleaning industry for the past 25 years I learnt my way through the various aspects of cleaning from Carpet cleaning to specialized hard floor cleaning, as in the Strip and Sealing of hard flooring. S Lee & Sons takes the original family business into the second and third generation as I work alongside my Wife (Helen) and recently we've had our Sons join (Reuben and Callum) and more recently Reuben’s Wife (Lorna).
Our experience
Being a family run business includes the fact that all staff are members of the family, now are in the process of training up the third generation to work in specialised areas, therefore making available for our clients a complete cleaning package for whatever your needs. Also being part of a family we have made it key that we all strive to achieve the quality and standard that people want. We pride ourselves of working by the mottos ‘Cleaning Where Quality Counts’ and ’Do it Once, Do it right’
We've started from the bottom doing small contract cleans for such ones as dentists and small offices. We then have progressed to servicing contracts for window cleaning, offices, well known supermarkets across the U.K and large health care and leisure centres and Currently we are working in the Cardiff Area for a property development doing the Builders Cleans and final Sparkle Cleans in readiness to handover to their clients. We use only the best cleaning methods from the traditional way of cleaning windows with applicator and squeegee to expensive floor cleaning machines. Whatever is needed to accomplish the very finest results for our customers. As a result we have had amazing feed back and comments about the quality and standard of our work and work ethics!

The Answer - Investments - this has been made in machinery, in particular to the cleaning of flooring, whether it be hard floor or carpeted, which not only speeds up the process but the quality and standard of the clean, especially when confronted with starting on builders cleans. We are not just a mop and bucket crew, although in fairness we do own a mop and bucket!
- The training of staff -The staff are supervised and trained to a high standards for the work they carry out.
- Attention to detail -We pride ourselves on having a really high standard of professional cleaning that can make the difference when selling a property. Also we pay particular attention to the details as these can make all the difference between an ok job and one to be proud of.
